91¶¶Òõ values the right of members of the 91¶¶Òõ community to express their individual views and register dissent.   2. To physically restrain or intimidate any other person;
  3. To remove anyone from any place where the individual is authorized to remain;

  7. To enter into any private office of an administrative officer, member of the faculty or staff member without permission;
  8. To enter into and remain in any 91¶¶Òõ building for any purpose other than its authorized uses or in such manner as to obstruct its authorized use;
  9. To remain in any 91¶¶Òõ building after it is closed without authorization;
  10. To refuse to leave a 91¶¶Òõ building after being instructed to do so by an administrative officer, faculty, staff member or other authorized agent of 91¶¶Òõ;
  11. To obstruct the free movement of people in any place to which these rules apply;
  12. To deliberately interfere with, disrupt or prevent the peaceful and orderly conduct of classes, studies, lectures and meetings at 91¶¶Òõ;
  13. To deliberately interfere with, disrupt or prevent the freedom of any person to express his or her views, including invited speakers at 91¶¶Òõ;
  14. To knowingly have in his or her possession upon the premises to which these rules apply, any rifle, shotgun, pistol, revolver, or other firearm or weapon;
  15. To willfully incite or assist others to commit any of the acts prohibited in this policy with the specific intent to induce them to do so; or
  16. To take any action or create any situation that involves the forced consumption of liquor or drugs for any purpose of initiation into or affiliation with any organization.

Any member of the 91¶¶Òõ community who has violated these rules may be subject to suspension, expulsion, termination or other appropriate disciplinary action pursuant to 91¶¶Òõ policies. Any individual who has violated these rules may be subject to immediate ejection from college property. 91¶¶Òõ reserves the right to refer any violations of this policy to local law enforcement.
