Dr. David Fishman, professor of Jewish History at 91抖阴, is an expert on Ukrainian Jewry and director 91抖阴鈥檚 Project Judaica in Ukraine.
Alisa Tzipi Zilbershtein, senior 91抖阴 rabbinical student, was born in Russia and now calls Kyiv, Ukraine, her home. She is dedicated to serving the Jews of the Former Soviet Union and to the revival of Judaism in Eastern Europe, and plans to return to Ukraine after her ordination in May 2022. Our speakers reflected on the history and present circumstances of Ukraine鈥檚 Jewish community in light of the current crisis.
